Leedon Residence Review
If you have been around in the Singapore real estate market for the last couple of years, you will realise private properties in this country are getting smaller and smaller. Not just in the sizes of the units, but also in terms of land area. I mean, let’s face it, land is precious in this tiny little sovereign state.
When I first stepped into Leedon Residence, I could immediately feel its grandness and the luxury of this amazing freehold development.
First of all, luxury is nothing without privacy. The entire development spans across a vast land area of more than 5-hectares with only a mere 381 private homes – something which is absolutely rare in today’s property market as property developers these days try to squeeze in as many units as possible in order to maximise profits.
In terms of unit sizes, there isn’t really much to complain about as they are ranged from no less 1,000-sq ft for a 2-bedroom unit, to its biggest apartment unit at 8,051 sq ft.
The salient features of this condominium, as enlisted earlier above, are representatives of the many charms of Leedon Residence. Some additional takeaways that living here may generate are further highlighted.
- The luscious natural beauty provides for a healthy and wholesome living space.
- Grandiose construction and the many luxury amenities provided shall make living here a source of much pleasure and pride.
- From the investment perspective, owning property here would create great prospects for the future, for its value is projected to appreciate manifold in years to come.
With all this and more in store for its residents, Leedon Residence becomes a highly considerable lodging destination. A couple of my clients have often made comparisons between this luxury condo and Gramercy Park (by CDL) as they are both situated in the same residential district. For this instance, I will give my vote to Leedon Residence.
