It’s been a while since I’ve covered a luxury condominium in Singapore. So let’s kick things off with Park Nova.
Before the launch back in May 2021, it was perhaps one of the heavily hyped luxury condominiums in Singapore.
Honestly, condos in the luxury segment of Singapore rarely get this much hype or attention.
One of the possible reasons is that prospective buyers of such condos are typically ultra-high net worth individuals.
They usually prefer something that’s exclusive, rare, and something that doesn’t receive much publicity.
On the contrary, Park Nova was on the news and it was on various publications before the official launch. It’s a clear definition of a hyped product.
Speaking from experience, usually, hyped-up luxury condominiums don’t really live up to the standards perceived.
For instance, other true-blue luxury condos in Singapore don’t get noticed until a high-profile figure buys a unit and it hits the news.
But then again, good marketing can lead to better sales. And that’s what Shun Tak holdings (developers of Park Nova) or any other developers ultimately want.
So is Park Nova just a hyped-up freehold luxury condominium, or is it one of the best with its class of high-end real estate?

Park Nova Developer
The developer of Park Nova condominium is none other than HKSE-listed Shun Tak Holdings, led by Ms Pansy Ho.
Park Nova is the firm’s maiden residential project in Singapore.
Back in 2018, they’ve acquired the former Park House condo via a collective sale. The acquisition cost the firm $375.5 million ($2,910 psf ppr).
In addition, Shun Tak Holdings also ventured into another residential site along Nassim Road during then. The firm paid $218 million ($2,744 psf ppr).
It is also another high-end luxury new launch residential development, known as Les Maisons Nassim.
Shun Tak Holdings was established back in 1972 and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKSE) since 1973.
Its main business operations are within the property, hospitality, and transportation segments.
The Group has a renowned reputation in property markets situated in both Hong Kong and Macau.
It has also gained a strong presence within the real estate market of Greater China – in major cities & provinces such as Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Zhuhai, and Kunming.
Park Nova Location
Park Nova is located at the cross junction of Tomlinson Road and Orchard Boulevard, within the prime District 10 of Singapore.
It’s right next to Cuscaden Reserve, another luxury condominium by SC Global.
If you look at the location map above, this brand new freehold luxury condominium in Singapore is also located near the future Orchard Boulevard MRT station.

When buying a piece of real estate within Park Nova, it’s all about prestige and glamour.
