Skies Miltonia Review

Skies Miltonia TOP date is set to be on 31 December 2016. However when I made a trip down to the actual site to check on Skies Miltonia construction progress, it seems that keys would delivered earlier than expected to the proud owners of this Yishun Condo.

With condo units getting smaller these days, homes at Skies Miltonia are nothing short of conventional living spaces. If you were to look at Skies Miltonia Floor Plans, you will realize that you can hardly find any wastage of spaces (such as bay windows or planter boxes), although some may complain that there are simply too much balcony spaces, especially for the bigger unit types.

Another thing which we do like about Skies Miltonia is the architectural brilliance. 8 blocks in total and yet they are being laid out in a “staggered” V-shape, where none of the residential units will be blocked by another, thus allowing more light into the living spaces.

However, in terms of quality living, there is little doubt about the fact that Skies Miltonia would afford its residents an opulent living space and fashionable lifestyle. Some other reasons for living here include:

• The clean, green and healthy environment created here shall be suitable for raising children as well as for adults to enjoy.
• Neighbourly interaction and communal activities here would keep residents socially active and well-occupied.
• From the investment perspective, this residential complex is a good option for the value of this property is likely to appreciate manifold.

Although it may not be close to a MRT Station or shopping mall, one may conclude that having a house at Skies Miltonia would be no short of a privilege, the lovely condominium property that it is.
